On Cycle Billing

Once new customers are set up, our team starts processing their standard utility usage and applies your rates to their bills. Our 5 step bill creation procedures leverage both software, multi-year billing veterans, and established processes to analyze your customer's data properly, apply the appropriate rates, note any credits or fees, and generate a bill for electronic presentment to your customer, all while giving you peace of mind that it is registered correctly. 

Usage Gathering

The first step is to gather the primary metered and non-metered usage from your customer's locale to accurately account for the used utilities. This can be done manually or via a connected ioT smart water meter.

Data Reading Entry

Collected usage from single or multiple metered or non-metered systems is uploaded into the MuniBilling software system and applied to the appropriate locale or apartment unit, ready for the pre-bill analysis.

Pre-Bill Analysis and Usage Review

The itemized records are then analyzed for irregularities. Our system uses historical usage data and flags all anomalies from high usage, low usage, zero usage, and missed readings.

Adjustments and Resolution
